Requirements/Requisitos
A candidate who enters in our Confirmation Program must be 14 years of age and must receive the Sacrament of Confirmation at the age of 16. Registration for the 2024 - 2025, Catechetical Year will begin March 1st and will end on August 1st, 2024. You will receive a message from the Coordinator as the weeks progress about the status of your application. Everyone, 1st and 2nd year, will need to submit copies of their Birth Certificate, Baptism and 1st Communion certificates in order to register. Tuition for the next catechetical year will be announced shortly. Tuition monies are non - refundable or non - transferable. For more information call Alexis R. What is Confirmation?/Qué es la Confirmación?
Confirmation is a Sacrament in the Catholic Church in which the one who is confirmed (confirmands) recives the gifts of the Holy Spirit through the imposition of hand and anointing with oils by the bishop. Its' considered a Sacraments of Initiation which means that it brings you deeper into communion with the Church.
Confirmación es un Sacramento De la Iglesia Católica en donde el confirmado recibe los regalos del Espíritu Santo a través de la imposición de manos y unción de los aceites del obispo. Es considerado como uno de los Sacramentos de iniciación que significa que se traerá al candidato en comunión con la iglesia.
